• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account termination:

• If your vault is triggered, beneficiary access lasts for 90 days
• Account data is deleted 30 days after subscription cancellation (if not triggered)
• Payment records are retained as required by law
