- With Beneficiaries: When your vault is triggered (after payment stops for 30 days), your designated beneficiaries will receive access to the asset information you stored.
- Service Providers: We use third-party services (Stripe, Clerk, Supabase, Resend) to operate our service. These providers have access only to information necessary to perform their functions.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal processes.
We never sell your personal information to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account termination:
- If your vault is triggered, beneficiary access lasts for 90 days
- Account data is deleted 30 days after subscription cancellation (if not triggered)
- Payment records are retained as required by law

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Export your data
- Opt-out of marketing communications
