What Passing-On is
A secure, encrypted record of where your assets are held and how your family claims each one. You add each institution once. When the time comes, it is released to the people you have named.
What it records
- • Which bank, broker, insurer or provider holds it
- • What the account is for
- • Who to contact and what they will ask for
- • Who you want to receive it
- • Property, policies, pensions and crypto
What it never stores
- • Passwords or PINs
- • Online banking logins
- • Crypto private keys or seed phrases
- • Anything that could be used to access an account
How it reaches your family
- 1. You record what you hold. Add each account, policy and property, with a note on how it is claimed. Most people finish in an evening.
- 2. You name your people. Each beneficiary confirms their email address, so there is no wrong address waiting years to be discovered.
- 3. You check in every four weeks. One click in an email. That check-in is how the vault knows you are still here.
- 4. If check-ins stop, we send reminders, then a warning, then contact your beneficiaries — and only then release the record to them.
What it costs
Plans start at $3.49 per week, and you can cancel at any time. Billing is weekly by design: it is part of how the service notices something has changed, rather than waiting a month or more to find out.
